Gathering place organic apple spice is a blend of cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and ginger, all sustainably grown by our small-scale farmers in Sri Lanka, southern India, and Honduras. They invented this recipe to honour the most abundant fruit crop in Canada - the apple! We proudly hand blend our apple spice in small batches and then hand package it at our facility on Vancouver island, BC.
