Medicinal Ingredients:
Each softgel contains:
Lycopene     10 mg
From tomato extract (Lycopersicon esculentum) (fruit) (6% lycopene)     167 mg
Pumpkin seed oil (Cucurbita pepo) (seed)     140 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), yellow beeswax, lecithin.

Recommended adult dose: 1–3 softgels daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
